CHUK YEE CHOY, LI TING SZE and CHOW MAN SHUI all at
various dates in 1938.

David Kung is amply identified with the matter.
We know he is concerned with the office at 172 Nathan
Road because much of his private correspondence is there.
Most of these incriminating telegrams from Shanghai are
addressed to Kung and many of those to Shanghai are
marked with the character 'HON' which is the same
character as KUNG LING HON who is David Kung.
